Open Water Diver
Want to become a certified scuba diver?
This is the course that changes everything. Learn the core skills step by step, build real confidence in the water, and earn a worldwide certification that lets you dive on holiday anywhere. You’ll start with SSI digital learning, practice the essentials in calm conditions, then complete your open water dives with an instructor who keeps it safe, fun, and easy to follow.
Advanced Open Water Diver
Try 5 specialty dives and level up fast
SSI Advanced Open Water Diver is the perfect “next step” after Open Water. You’ll complete five Adventure Dives, each one an introduction to a different specialty, so you can experience new environments and skills without committing to full specialty courses. It’s a practical confidence-builder that improves buoyancy, awareness, and navigation, and can include deeper diving up to 30 m when a Deep Adventure Dive is part of your training. Your first dive from each chosen specialty can also count toward the full specialty later, so nothing is wasted, it’s progress that stacks.
